These are some easy tips to curb bad breath: drink 3 - 4
glasses of water every morning and have green tea instead of regular tea. Also
include curd in your breakfast. Chewing on sugar free gum may also help. Many a
times bad breath could be a sign of an underlying condition –consult your doctor
if it persists because delaying it may only lead to harm. Also consult your
dentist to rule out any oro-gingival problems.

Poor Digestion and less sleep and water intake are the primary reasons to get bad mouth. Washing and Gargling the mouth with water processed with Triphala, Amla powders can make the bad smell disappear in no time.

Brush and floss twice a day! Do not eat pungent foods. Avoid smoking and tea/coffee. Have green tea, instead. See a dentist regularly. If it persists, it may be a sign of an underlying health problem.

Bad breath can result from many factors like plaque or strong flavored food, etc. Or in case you are not brushing your teeth regularly. So the best way to keep bad breath away is by brushing your teeth twice a day without fail, flossing regularly, washing your mouth after every meal, drink as much water as possible. Remember, oral health is very important.

When we talk about brad breath, we first think of dental hygeine. In most of the cases, the bad breath is due to poor digestive system. The breath is not originating from your mouth but from the stomach. Are you constipated? Do you suffer from acidity or indigestion? If you are normal with your digestion and bowels movement, please cosult a dentist to check whether there are any tooth decay, cavity or gum disease. If you are pefefct with your dental hygeine and still the bad breath persists, better consult an ayurvedic phycisian or a homeopath.

First and foremost, brush teeth regularly, floss if required and get a regular dental check-up. Also watch your diet -- if you eat too much of pungent or smelly food, you can't expect your breath not to carry some of that smell. Finally, try sucking on a mint or breath freshener.
