Dear Mr Jagruti,

A high WBC count can be an indication of an underlying infection
We would like to know if there is any accompanying sign/symptoms along with the low WBC count.
We would suggest you take your grand son to a pediatrician / child physician for a complete assessment and right evaluation.

Yours in health,
