should wheat be avoided at night specially chapatis and also potatoes

While carbs are essential to build energy, however, carbs like white rice, white flour (maida), white bread, noodles/spaghetti is better avoided at night times.
However, remember carbs in the right moderate quantities are essential for a healthy nutritious diet.
