We know that understanding you and your family's health issues and health care options is very important to you. We are excited to bring you a wealth of information on health conditions, a wide array of diagnostic tools, and a robust Community area where you can share your experiences and learn from the experiences of others. Please explore our website (the "Site"), and when you're ready, we hope you will register as a member. By registering, you provide us with the information we need to enable you to become an active participant on the site and its related services.
We are not providing medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, or advice about what providers to use. About the Site

Content we have licensed from well respected sources (see our Partner page for a list); and user submitted content, such as blogs, stories, forum postings, and doctor ratings. The Content we write and commission is written by medical and health experts and reviewed by medical experts before it is posted. Content provided by our partners is also, where appropriate, subject to review by health and medical experts. Content submitted by users is not reviewed or verified by us. For more information, please see our Editorial Policy. We accept advertising on the Site, but try to be responsible in what we will and won’t accept. We make sure that all ads are clearly marked. Registration

Jurisdiction

You further expressly agree that exclusive jurisdiction for any dispute with Bolohealth in any way relating to your use of this Site is in the courts of the City of Mumbai, State of Maharashtra, Government of India, and you agree and expressly consent to the exercise of personal jurisdiction in the state or federal court in the City of Mumbai, State of Maharashtra, Government of India, in connection with any such dispute including any claim involving Bolohealth or its affiliates or partners.
If any provision of this agreement shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from this agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. This is the entire agreement between the parties relating to the subject matter herein.
As a user of bolohealth.com, you agree to contact us prior to seeking legal recourse for any harm you believe you have suffered from your access to our Site. In the event that you believe our Site has harmed you, you agree to inform us and to give us thirty (30) days to cure the harm before initiating any action. You also agree that you must initiate any cause of action within one (1) year after the claim has arisen, or you will be barred from pursuing any cause of action.
Complete Agreement
