A day out in the beach with your kids

Date updated: Tue, Jul 20, 2010
By Bolohealth
Holidays are getting over but with lingering feeling of vacation, why not take your kids for a day out in the beach.

Sea, sand and surf may be alliterative terms but don’t they just make you want to let your hair down?

A day out to a nearby beach is the best way to spend quality time with your family, especially with your children as they love to jump around in the sea water and sand.

Typically, a day in the beach becomes an action-packed event -- kids plunging into the water and bracing up to meet a massive wave, making sand castles and playing several beach games -- cricket, frisbee and beach volleyball.

A beach day out cannot be complete without relishing the delicious snacks available on the local carts -- corn on the cob, hot samosas, drowned with either fresh juice or chai.

Beach activities are fun and get your kids all the physical activity they need to engage in. Beaches, however, are dirty and playing in the sand and water is bound to get your kids exposed to dirt and germs. As parents it would be prudent to carry a bathing bar that cleans the dirt and provides protection against the germs they come in contact with. Pears Germshield is one such soap which not only cleans off the dirt but also provides effective germ protection. Enriched with mint extracts, it fights germs without being harsh on the skin.

So why fret when you have a no-worry bathing bar to shield your kids against germs. Enjoy that special day at the beach to the fullest with your kids.
